| In 1988 the Society's main mart and headquarters was
relocated to a new 10 acre site and has accommodation
for 2,500 cattle and 1,500 sheep. Facilities provide
stress-free environment for livestock and patrons. There
are 14 cattle unloading bays, 8 intake chutes and up
to 500 meters of overhead catwalks interlinking the
intake area with 3 modern sales rings, offices and restaurant.
Livestock are assembled for buyers as they leave the
sales ring. |
